Now Hiring: PRYSM Care Navigator at OUTMemphis

May 15, 2025

OUTMemphis is seeking a full-time PRYSM Care Navigator to provide affirming care, coordination, and emotional support for LGBTQ+ youth (ages 12–17) in the Mid-South. This role combines social services with youth programming, including one-on-one case management, facilitating drop-in spaces and group activities, and connecting youth and their caregivers to essential health and social resources.

Up-to 3 ALL-DAY bus passes to Trans Services Programming Monthly | 25+
Participants MUST participate in 1 trans-specific service (like ArTEAstic or Midday Meditation) or HIV/Hep C testing and education.
The OUTLast program is for individuals who are trans/nonbinary POC 25+, undocumented, living with HIV 25+, and LGBTQ Seniors 55+.
